SALTMARSHE CASTLE PARK
Saltmarshe Castle Residential Park is located in a peaceful woodland setting. Boasting fabulous south-facing views over the Bromyard Downs and the Malvern Hills. This astonishing park has been created in the grounds of Saltmarshe Castle, a former country house and estate. Although the Castle itself was demolished many years ago, parts of the outer walls and turrets remain to this day, together with various outbuildings, stables, ice house and cider wheel, all of which help to show the character and make this historic park a very special place to live.
The park itself boasts many facilities, including a hair salon and a self-service laundromat. Then at the heart of the park is the clubhouse, complete with its own bar/restaurant and function room, which is home to many special events and even a Sunday carvery. Near the park are dentists (NHS/private), GP surgeries, vets, opticians and more.
Saltmarshe Castle Park is within easy driving distance of many English Heritage and National Trust sites and properties, making this the ideal base to explore the surrounding area. Approximately a 35-minute drive to the famous cities of Hereford or Worcester, where most of your shopping and restaurant needs are catered for.
The market town of Leominster is located approximately 15 miles away and boasts a variety of local shops, cafes, and pubs. Situated in the rolling countryside of North Herefordshire, and lies in the beautiful and historic borderlands of England and Wales known as the “Marches”. The town itself is an ancient one, having established itself around the great Anglo-Saxon abbey, founded in 660 AD.

TRANQUILITY PARK
Located on the North Devon coast in Woolacombe is our Tranquility Park. Overlooking Barricane and Woolacombe beach on one side and rolling hills on the other, this park is perfect for those seeking a coastal retreat in their golden years. This park is perfect for responsible pet owners as well, benefiting from Woolacombe Bay being home to a dog-friendly beach.
Amenities like the local dentist, doctors and hospital are just 10 minutes away in Ilfracombe, where you will also find the closest supermarket. Public transport links are very well supported, with a bus stop located right outside the park, which makes scheduled trips to the popular town of Barnstaple. If you are looking to get the train, then Barnstaple Station is located just half an hour away from the park.
There are also plenty of coastal restaurants and cafes. Serving all-day breakfasts, light lunches and meals, this is the perfect spot to watch the world go by and take in that fresh sea air.
For those of you who like to keep active the South-West Coastal Path runs through Woolacombe and Mortehoe, leading you through some breathtaking countryside where if you are lucky, you may see some sunbathing seals. The Exmoor National Park is also just 20 minutes away from Tranquility Park and is a great space for you to go out and explore.
So if Devon has always been the dream for you, then this park is definitely one not to miss.
